The questions we hear on almost every site walk. If yours isn't here, call (407) 598-0670 or send it through the form.
It depends on the number of lanes and pedestrian gates, whether the operator stays, the entry methods you choose (transponder, plate recognition, app, call box) and whether cameras are included. We do not quote from a price list — we quote from a site walk. The assessment is free and the proposal shows every line so the board can vote on it.
Yes. That is the standard community design we build: one resident database, one credential per household, one audit trail, with gate and door hardware chosen for each opening.
Often not. Many communities keep the operator and the wiring and replace only the entry side — readers, controller, call box. We tell you which during the assessment and we say plainly when a system has reached the point where repair costs more than replacement.
For communities, almost always cloud. Brivo, PDK and Eagle Eye Networks mean no server in the clubhouse closet, management from a phone, and nothing for a new board to inherit and lose the password to. On-site remains an option for associations with a specific policy reason.
You call (407) 598-0670 any time. A 24/7 answering service logs the call and reaches our team, and we follow up the next business day. Standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Technicians usually arrive with the replacement part; call boxes, readers and controllers are swapped rather than field-repaired so the gate is back in service fast.
Yes. We removed all non-compliant products from our offerings in 2019 and carry only NDAA-compliant cameras and access equipment — nothing the board will have to explain later.
Seven things, on every job: one point of contact for all hardware and labor warranty issues; help choosing parts that stay compatible and current; when something fails we bring the replacement part — free in warranty, 10% off out of warranty; major components stocked for fast repairs; we handle the manufacturer RMA after restoring your system; loaners for some parts; and all taxes included in the product price. Service plans add proactive monitoring and scheduled preventive maintenance.
Yes. Plans are built on six pillars: proactive monitoring, system-level troubleshooting, device-specific preventive maintenance (firmware, database backups, reader, camera and lock checks), ongoing technical support, root-cause repair, and rapid device replacement. Uptime is the measure. Managers with several communities can put all of them on one plan with one report.
Tell us about the property and what's not working. Claudette at Insyte reviews every request and a real person follows up — no spam, no pressure.
