HOA Gate Repair and Service in Central Florida

Call box dead, reader failing, gate stuck open after a storm — one number, a technician with the part on the truck, and a service plan so it stops happening.

Repairs for the gate you have, not a pitch for a new one

Most gate calls are not replacement jobs. A fried controller after lightning, a call box on a dead phone line, a loop detector that stopped sensing, an operator board that needs a part. We service gate access and entry systems across Central Florida regardless of who installed them, we stock the common parts, and we tell you plainly when a system has reached the point where repairing it costs more than replacing it.

The calls we get most

  • Gate stuck open or closed. Residents locked in or out; the manager is fielding calls at 7 a.m.
  • Call box not connecting. Landline canceled, cellular module expired, directory out of date.
  • Readers that work on the third try. Weather damage, failing power supplies, corroded wiring.
  • Nobody services the brand we have. The installer closed or will not come out for repairs.
  • The same failure every storm season. No surge protection, no preventive maintenance, no plan.

What we repair and maintain

Entry and access equipment. Telephone and cellular call boxes, keypads, RFID and transponder readers, controllers, power supplies, surge protection and wiring.

Gate operator and safety devices. Operator boards, loops and loop detectors, photo eyes and safety edges, in coordination with the gate fabricator where mechanical work is needed.

Storm and lightning recovery. Damage assessment, insurance documentation, replacement and surge protection added so the next storm does not repeat it.

Any brand. We service systems from other installers and migrate unsupported controllers to a current platform without replacing the gate. Brands we work with include DoorKing and LiftMaster (myQ) call boxes and gate operators, Butterfly MX intercoms, and the Little Bird, Proptia, SymLiv and GoAccess visitor platforms.

Service plans. Proactive monitoring, scheduled preventive maintenance, priority dispatch, root-cause repair and rapid device replacement — built on uptime as the measure.

After-hours coverage. Standard support runs Monday to Friday, 8 to 5. After hours, a 24/7 answering service takes your call at (407) 598-0670, with next-business-day follow-up.

How a service call works

  1. Call or submit the form. We ask what the gate is doing, confirm the equipment and dispatch.
  2. Diagnosis on site. The technician finds the cause, not just the symptom, and explains it.
  3. Repair with the part on the truck. Common devices are swapped, not field-repaired, so the gate is back in service fast.
  4. Written summary for the manager. What failed, what was done, what to watch.
  5. A plan so it stops. Preventive maintenance and surge protection proposed where the failure pattern calls for it.
