Can you work with the developer during construction? Yes. We act as the low-voltage point of contact from rough-in to turnover, and we hand the HOA a documented system.
Our builder's vendor installed the gate. Can you take it over? In most cases, yes — we migrate unsupported controllers to a current platform without replacing the gate.
