Our Polk County community work centers on Lakeland and the I-4 corridor to its north and east, where residential communities have the same gate, camera and call-box needs as the rest of Central Florida and fewer vendors willing to drive out for a repair. We are about an hour away and we do.
We serve Lakeland and its neighborhoods and north and east Polk today. The south end of the county is outside our current service area and will be added when our Lakeland office opens. Polk permitting runs through the county or the City of Lakeland; we file it.
