Revenue-generating visitation software, nine gates and access control across three phases, plus the clubhouse fiber, data, Wi-Fi and AV.
A resort-style community paying several vendors who blamed each other whenever something broke — and a security program that needed to pay for itself.
We implemented visitation software with revenue sharing on resort fees and vehicle registration, QR code scanners for guests, a gate workstation and guardhouse security. We installed or maintain gate motors and safeties at nine access points and access control across all three phases, with video surveillance and live-feed monitors in the guardhouse and clubhouse. At the clubhouse we handled security, audio-video, Wi-Fi and data, a fiber link to the guardhouse and data closet rebuilds, with power protection and first-responder access throughout.
Revenue sharing generates the money the community needs for security, and the visitation software runs seamlessly with the access control. The community now calls one vendor for all of its technology. The new firewall, cabling and network enhancements were a major improvement, and video surveillance and guest Wi-Fi are being built on that foundation. Insyte and the Solara board meet weekly on the community's security needs and projects.
