Turn-key Symliv main gate with visitor scanning, a new resident-lane reader, and the clubhouse tied into the same system.
The challenge
A new resort-style community needed a main gate solution that would be fully documented and handed off to both the HOA and its service provider, then extended to the resident lane and the clubhouse as the community filled in.
What we did
We delivered the Symliv main-gate solution turn-key — handheld visitor scanner in the guard house, a four-door controller, battery backup for the rack and computers, full testing and certification documentation. We then added a reader and rain hood on the resident lane, trenching to a new pedestal with conduit and pull boxes, and swapped the back-gate reader. Later in 2025 we converted the clubhouse onto Symliv so one credential works at the gate and the amenities.
The result
A single access platform from the gate to the clubhouse, documented well enough that the HOA's own service provider can support it.
